Return Process

  Contact our customer support team via email or WhatsApp with your order number and images of the item you wish to return.

  Quality Inspection

  Ensure the garment is unworn, unwashed, and retains all original Jugnu Lahore tags and packaging for approval.

  Secure Packaging

  Pack the item securely in its original box to prevent damage during transit and include the original invoice.

• 4.
  Ship and Refund

  Send the package back to our Lahore warehouse; once received and verified, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 business days.
